Call for Abstracts
Abstract Submissions Deadline: 15 May 2018
All abstracts must be sent at the organizer e-mail address APMG2018c@gmail.com.
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee. A notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to the presenting authors. You can download the abstract template or follow the abstract guidelines.
Abstract Guidelines
1. FORMAT
Abstracts must not exceed one page.
Abstracts must DOC document (MS Word 97/2003/2007/2010) formatted to A4 (21cm x 29.7cm) with the following margin settings:
Top & Bottom 3 cm
Left & Right 3 cm
Font: Times New Roman, 10 point, single spaced
Abstract body alignment is justified.
References must be numbered.
2. HEADING
The abstract heading must contain the abstract title, the names (first name and last names) and affiliations of all authors, and email address of the designated presenting author.
Title
Type the title single-spaced in 14-point Times Roman bold, upper and lower case and NOT in ALL CAPITAL letters.
Authors & Affiliations
Type the author(s) name(s) single-spaced in 10-point Times Roman regular.
Type the affiliation(s) and address(es) single-spaced in 10-point Times Roman italic.
First name and last names (surname) of the Author’s should be given (i.e. John Smith).
Author names are centred and identified with number superscripts to correspond to author affiliations.
Underline the designated presenting author’s name.
Author affiliations are centered and identified with number superscripts to correspond to the respective author name.
Include the designated presenting author’s email address.
3. BODY TEXT
The abstract body should be organized in the following order:
INTRODUCTION
EXPERIMENTAL METHODS
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
CONCLUSION
REFERENCES
ACKNOWLEDGMENT (optional but recommended)
Graphics should be used when necessary to substantiate results.
