* For students: please send a scanned copy of your valid student ID card (validity must be clearly visible!) or a letter signed by your supervisor stating that you are a student (PhD, master or undergrad). These should be emailed to apmg@upb.ro, along with the registration form.

The following discounts apply:

** RoHealth Cluster’s members benefit from a 10% discount. Check if your institution is a member of the cluster here.

*** Groups of 3 to 5 employees from the same institution benefit of a discount of 10%. For groups of 6 or more employees, we offer a discount of 20%. Invite your colleagues and register as a group. For additional details, please, don’t hesitate to contact us.

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to scientific program with oral and poster presentation;
• Access to abstracts in electronic form;
• Coffee breaks and lunches;
• Welcome reception on the 2^nd of June.

The registration fee does not include the money transfer fees, which are in the registrant's charge.
