ACCESSIBILITY
Arriving at the venue
The Rectorate Building is situated on Splaiul Independentei 313, a location most people know, and you’ll find it easy to get to. If you come by taxi, just tell the driver you want to get to University Politehnica of Bucharest, Splaiul Independentei entrance. From there the Rectorate building is in the front.
You can also get there by public transport from any part of Bucharest.
The following transit lines have routes that pass near Rectorat Universitatea Politehnica București:
- Bus: 105, 139, 336 and in a few minutes walk you will get in front of the Rectorate Building.
- Metro: M3 (Politehnica station) or M2 (Grozăvești station) and in a few minutes walk you will get in front of the Rectorate Building.
- Tram: 1, 10 and in a few minutes walk you will get in front of the Rectorate Building.
RECTORATE BULDING
University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest is the oldest and most prestigious engineer school in Romania. Its main mission is to train engineers capable of adapting to the requirements of market economy and new technologies, with an economic and managerial knowledge and promote the principles of sustainable development and environmental protection. University Politehnica of Bucharest has the mission to bring together education, training and scientific research. The the most important mission of the university is to produce knowledge through scientific research.
